At the Slovakian Club Team Championship 2019 we\u00a0<\/span>successfully defended last year’s title\u00a0<\/span><\/b>against all the other 24 teams taking part throughout Slovakia. The championship took place on the final weekend of August on our\u00a0<\/span>Heritage Course<\/span><\/b>\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span>Penati.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Being the host served as motivation that helped us in our winning performance in both categories. Our\u00a0<\/span>\u201cA\u201d teams<\/span><\/b>\u00a0won both championship titles.<\/span>The women’s\u00a0<\/span>A team<\/span><\/b>\u00a0was\u00a0<\/span>Zuzana Bielikov\u00e1<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>Ema Dobi\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Alexandra Kasperov\u00e1<\/span><\/b>. Our girls won the championship title after winning the play-off with Welten at the third hole, which happened because after 54 holes both teams were on an identical score of 436. Our men’s\u00a0<\/span>A team,<\/span><\/b>\u00a0consisted of<\/span>\u00a0Luk\u00e1\u0161 Zu\u0161\u0165\u00e1k<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>Branislav Lu\u010dansk\u00fd<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Andrej Chochol<\/span><\/b>, where they became the club champion with a winning score of 433.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/br><\/br>
\nIn October, the young Slovak champions will represent\u00a0<\/span>Penati Golf Club<\/span><\/b>\u00a0on the European Club Team Championship.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The women will compete at GC Balaton in Hungary, and the men will be up against European competition at Club du Medoc in France.<\/span><\/span>

\nAlso, our skillful B teams took part in the championship, the majority of these young players represented us at the club competition event for the first time.\u00a0<\/span>B team women:\u00a0<\/span>Alexandra Pat\u00e1kov\u00e1, Emma Zigov\u00e1, Linda Hain<\/span><\/b>; B team men:\u00a0<\/span>Luk\u00e1\u0161 Gabura, Tobias Munk, Adam Ben\u010d\u00edk<\/span><\/b><\/span>
