GOLF WORLD MAGAZINE, a prestigious British golf publication, recently updated its list of the best golf courses for 2019-20.
The Heritage, whose inspiring British style design left Golf World editors fascinated, had earlier been showcased in continental Europe's TOP 100.
Now for the first time, GOLF WORLD MAGAZINE has put both of Penati Golf Resort courses among its TOP 100, with the Jack Nicklaus designed Legend (previously in the TOP 200) at 98th and the Heritage now ranked 79th.
This year’s edition notes according to the authors the ever largest number of "new entries" to the list, adding markets such as Russia and Azerbaijan. So for both the Heritage and Legend to have been rated among the top one hundred European golf courses counts as a great success. Penati Golf Resort continues to be the only Slovak golf resort to have its courses listed in the "TOP 100 GOLF COURSES IN CONTINENTAL EUROPE.
